The Anadrol Bloat Face, Imaginary Lat Syndrome and Bodybuilding Gender Bender are already covered on my card, and that’s just from the airport and the gym down the street that I forced myself to workout in. The bloat face and gender bender were from the same wo… uh… person.
So a quick report today, since I haven’t known sleep since two nights ago…
No workshop this Saturday. We’re postponing it for a later slot in the Single Tool Series.
Check out Bodytribe Trainer Tav’s new Youtube page. He’s getting ready to leave us in a month for smoggier pastures down south. But can anyone REALLY leave the Tribe, or just take it with them?
Our friend on the other side of the pond, Gubernatrix, is holding an online Women’s Strength Symposium<, which Bodytribe trainer Allyson will be one of the key contributors.
